Pulse Oil’s Goal is primarily focused on a 100% Working Interest Enhanced Oil Project Located in West Central Alberta, Canada. The project includes two established Nisku pinnacle reef reservoirs that have been producing sweet light crude oil for over 40 years. Pulse has implemented a proven recovery methodology (NGL solvent injection) to further enhance the ultimate oil recovery from these two proven pools. With under 10 million barrels of oil recovered to date, and representing approximately a 30% recovery factor from the pools, Pulse is moving, executing its plan for the EOR project and unlock significant value for shareholders.

Twenty Five years of oil & gas experience gives Pulse’s CEO, Garth Johnson, insight into the challenges and rewards of a public company working to create value in the energy-sector.
Garth and his teams have built exponential growth to create value for shareholders and all stakeholders.
After starting to work at TAG Oil as an accounts payable clerk and then earning a role as TAG’s Chief Financial Officer in 2001, Garth accepted the position of Chief Executive Officer in 2007, boosting the company’s market value of approximately $2 million to a high of almost $700 million by building and executing a disciplined plan to drill, acquire and utilize capital markets to fund TAG’s growth.
This disciplined approach to business is key to anticipating and managing the risks involved in operating in the energy industry.
Garth’s a strong leader and team player that works hard with a passion for persevering through tough times and executing complex transactions.
Strategic experience allows Pulse to operate efficiently with a focus on value creation through corporate governance, HS&E, communication, legal, commercial contracts, acquisitions, marketing, joint venture and operations in the oil and gas industry.
